Apartment 603 in a luxury resort on the Black Sea coast, in Sunny Beach, just 600 m from the sandy beach. The gradual entrance to the sea will be especially appreciated by families with children. The apartment has a generous terrace on which you can barbecue. All the necessary services in the immediate vicinity of the resort. The arrival to Burgas airport is ideal, but also from Varna you can reach us without any problems. Convenient flights from Vienna with Wizz or Ryanair!
APARTMAN 603
The entire apartment 603 is air-conditioned and has a 2+kc with an area of 33m2, which includes a luxurious 14m2 large terrace. This invites you to dine together on summer days, or have a family dinner prepared on the outdoor grill. It is equipped and ready for up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and a few children to add. The kitchen offers an electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave or toaster. Of course, there is a set of pots and pans, including utensils for the little ones. A washing machine can be used in the apartment, which is especially appreciated by families with children. There are also beach toys for the little ones.
We spend several weeks a year here ourselves, so we can help you with arranging a taxi from the airport, renting a car from local partners (1/2 the normal price of commercial car rental companies) or with tips on excursions or where to go for local cuisine.
HARMONY SUITES SPA & WELLNESS CLUB
The Harmony Suites 2 Resort was completed in 2011 and offers every comfort for the whole family, including young children. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre, a children’s playground with a slide, a hobbit village, a jungle with a live Tyrannosaurus rex and of course the hotel restaurant serving local cuisine.

In the complex there are 2 outdoor pools and a hot tub, which invite you to take a short or longer refreshment if you do not want to go to the sea.
PLAYGROUND AND JUNGLE
There are activities for the little ones as well. In the inner part of the complex there is a children’s playground with a slide, a hobbit village or a jungle.
FITCENTRUM
Fans of active relaxation will appreciate the opportunity to visit the well-equipped fitness room and gym free of charge.
All services in place
There are several small shops right next to the hotel complex, where you can find basic groceries, including drugstores and tobacco. There are also fruit and vegetables with plenty of fresh produce daily and a small bakery. For more shopping, the Aldo Centre is only 400 metres away. There are also several restaurants in the area immediately surrounding the resort, offering local but also global cuisine.
Which way to the beach?
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Sunny Beach, away from the busy nightlife. The beach is something around 600 meters away, so a 10 minute slow walk and you are in the sea. The beach is sandy, over 5 km long and offers both private and public areas. The entrance to the sea is incredibly gradual, which parents of children will especially appreciate. For naturism enthusiasts there is also a nude beach, situated towards Nessebar. Smaller beaches with a combination of sand and pebbles can be found on the other side, towards Sveti Vlas.

Sunny Beach isn’t just a place for world champion sunbathers, it offers so much more!
Don’t miss the UNESCO-listed town of Nessebar, full of winding streets, Byzantine churches, a cathedral from the 5th century and a windmill. The lighthouse on Cape Emine, the town of Burgas with its cafes and street art or a trip to more distant Varna.
The surrounding area also attracts fishing, boat trips or adrenaline experiences (kitesurfing, jet skiing, paragliding). Everything can be found and ordered directly on the beach or on the local promenade. For 15 BGN you can take a boat from Nessebar, which you can reach on foot or by train, right in the middle of the beach and the promenade at Sunny Beach. For families with children, the local water park, about a 15-minute walk away, is a treat. A hit in recent years are the electric tricycles, which can be hired at almost every corner and take you all the way along the promenade.
Wasn’t the local water park enough for the kids? Never mind! Not far from Nessebar is Aqua Paradise Resort & Waterpark, which covers an area of almost 5 hectares, so it will take a few days to slide on all the attractions. For animal lovers, we recommend visiting the Burgas Zoo or Camel Park Sunny Beach, where you can spend a day with the camels. There is something for everyone in the Sunny Beach area!
Do you want to take a longer trip and don’t want to use local public transport? You can either rent a car at the rental agency or let us know in advance and we’ll pick it up! The rental price with us will be 1/2 the price of the rental car.
